The Makita cordless rebar cutter kit includes 18 Volt LXT® Lithium-Ion 5.0 Amp-hour battery, 18 Volt LXT® Lithium-Ion rapid optimum charger, 24T carbide-tipped blade, chip collector, Hex wrench and tool case. Cutter is powered by a brushless motor that delivers 2200 RPM for faster spark-free cutting. It is perfect for cutting #8 rebar or 1 Inch threaded rod. Brushless motor is electronically controlled to minimize battery energy use up to 50% longer run time per charge. The ergonomically designed handle is provided with rubberized grip so that the user can work for long duration without any fatigue. Adjustable stopper holds the rebar at 90 degree offering more support while cutting. The 3-stage LED gauge indicator gives a clear picture about battery charge level.
