At Abadi Tools, we are committed to delivering quality products and a seamless shopping experience. However, if you need to return or exchange an item, this policy explains the conditions and procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds.


Return Policy

Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date the order was delivered.

Conditions for Eligible Returns

Products are eligible for return if they meet all the following criteria:

  • Item is unused, uninstalled, and in brand-new condition

  • Returned in the original packaging with all accessories, documentation, and labels

  • Free from damage, dirt, or wear caused by customer use

  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (e.g., invoice, order confirmation)


Restocking Fee

Returns that are not caused by our error (such as change of mind, wrong item ordered, or buyer’s mistake) will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and restocking processes.

Example: If you return a product worth $100 due to personal reasons, your refund will be $85 after the 15% restocking fee is applied.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our team at sales@abaditools.com or visit our product returns page.

  2. Our team will verify your request and send you the return instructions along with the return address.

  3. Return the item using a trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

    • Damaged or defective item

    • Incorrect product sent by us


Exchange Policy

We accept product exchanges within the same 30-day period, subject to:

  • Product being in resalable condition (as per Section 1.2)

  • Availability of requested replacement item

  • Payment of any price differences (if applicable)

The return and reshipping process for exchanges follows the same procedure as standard returns.


Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after item receipt

  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted for non-defective or customer-initiated returns

Please note: Your financial institution may take additional time to post the refund to your account.


Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Products returned after 30 days

  • Used, damaged, installed, or altered items

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance

  • Custom/special orders

  • Items returned without prior approval from our team


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Send photos of the issue and shipping box

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost

  • No restocking fee will apply in such cases


Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless:

    • We sent the wrong item

    • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • Use a trackable and insured courier; we are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments
