The JSG-96OS, 6-Inch by 48-Inch Belt / 9-Inch Disc Sander with Open Stand 3/4 HP, 1Ph, 115V from JET® provides the versatility you need for complex sanding jobs. Its 3/4 hp motor drives the belt at a speed of 2,258 rpm and the disc at a speed of 1,725 rpm. With a cast-iron support system, this Jet belt and disc sander holds heavy stock with minimal vibration. It comes with belt guards for safety and tilts 45 degrees down and 10 degrees up for added reach. This Jet sander features an open-style stand that eliminates extra weight so you can move it anywhere you need and has specialized locks that keep the belt from sliding out of position. The machine's tension lever quickly adjusts for belt replacements. This stationary sander also connects with dust management systems for cleanup.
